1. Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on final sale items, gift cards, or any item that has been customized or personalized.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@individify.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if an item is returned not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Lost or Damaged Returns

Individify is not responsible for returns lost in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value.
