    We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $9.99 for all orders within the United States. Regardless of how much you order, the shipping cost remains the same. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

    Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods, such as holidays or major sales, processing may take an additional 1-2 days.
    Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

    All orders are shipped via standard shipping:

    • Standard Shipping: 9-12 business days after processing.

    • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the package is with the carrier, it is out of our hands. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. However, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to help you.
    • Customs Duties: If your order is subject to customs duties or import taxes, these fees are the responsibility of the customer. Individify is not responsible for any additional charges that may occur upon the arrival of your package in your country.
